Let me begin with a disclaimer, this is not a typical fund raising event for an NGO. This is all about sparing time to enjoy the entertainment provided both by children and adults alike.
Lovedale Foundation and Body & Soul present the launch of 'Mission 365' program with a gala event on 4th March 2007.
Anita Nair, renowned writer and Ivan Nigly, eminent politician would be the guests of honour.
As you already know, Lovedale Foundation is a small non-profit organization nurturing some little hearts in a small foster home on Horamavu Road. Founded by Jeny Verma, it hasn't got much publicity, since she doesn't believe in it.
A 1600 sqft building has housed 23 small kids, Some are abandoned, total orphans, Born to commercial sex workers, etc.
Joining hands with Lovedale, Body & Soul volunteers are helping out in building awareness about its social work through music and entertainment. Along with the children, these volunteers will be performing a variety of programs.
I invite you to participate in this unique program along with your friends and relatives.
