A lady friend of mine, needs a good family lawyer in Delhi who has a very good understanding of the Domestic Voilence Act. and Sec. 498 & 498A and other acts of Domestic Voilence. URGENTLY. The lawyer needs to have good references. This is a case in Delhi.

Kindly ask your lady friend to consult atleast half a dozen lawyers, before she makes up her mind. I am an Advocate, and I truly believe that a client should be well informed. Also contact Mr. Gautam Khurana, Advocate at 98100 90074, as he will give you an unbiased opinion.

charuhasan | | There is no good family lawyer against domestic vilolence. In India domestic violence is accepted normal behaviour. As long as there is moral policing that goes on you can not ever get a good lawyer for your cause. I have been a lawyer for 30 years and film actor for 20 years. My 73 year old wife believes in domestic violence and she holds or is fit to hold a degree in literature. She has three daughters with Masters degree, three sons-in-law who are famous. She still believes that domestic violence is right.
