Actually, there is a free membership ..the added value (the free part in the heading I was referring to) is becoming a VIP member with extra privileges is free for a limited time. It was in pre-launch with this offer; they launched May 22 and they have extended the free VIP offer to the first 5000 who join now.
So, bottom line, you can get VIP membership for free for the first year if you join soon.
