Lamar Morgan 954-603-7901 | | Althea Garner is traveling all the way from Fountain Valley, CA (just outside Los Angeles) for Middletown Days. She arrives on Friday, June 15th and would very much like to meet with the local folks at the Mug Shots Expresso Coffee Shop in Downtown Middletown, between 5 and 6 p.m. She would especially like to meet the students that wrote letters promoting Middletown this year. She thinks they are very special people. She will be handing out free vinyl tote bags filled with goodies (while they last).
Come meet a very special lady - a native South African who just last year became an American citizen. This is Althea's second trip to Middletown. If you missed her the fist time, be sure to make her acquaintance on Friday, June 15th and visit her special booth at the festival on Saturday and Sunday, June 16th and 17th. Oh, yes, Lamar... I will be there and am looking forward to meeting Middletown folks!
You know, Middletown has become quite famous. There are few small towns that are known as far afield as New Zealand! More and more, when I speak to folks here in Southern California, they smile with pride as they say "Yes, I have heard about Middletown!"
When I was in Middletown last (2 years ago), I really enjoyed the friendliness of the people and the spirit of Middletown Days. What a wonderful legacy!
I am looking forward to hosting my booth, too, and am preparing lots of goodies to bring with me to show Middletown how they can build their property portfolios with low cost, but much sought after property in Surf City, USA (Huntington Beach).
So, Surf City Comes To Middletown is my theme this year!
Looking forward to sharing coffee with the people of Middletown on June 15th at 5pm! at Mug Shots!
