Let me share my exciting news about her program...
First, a bit of history...
I have always struggled to maintain my ideal weight. When I was a teenager, I even developed an eating disorder because I thought I was too overweight (if only I were at THAT weight again). I finally found a balance between eating right and exercise, when I became pregnant with my first child. It took me nearly 2 years to get down to one pant size above my goal, when I realized that I was pregnant with my second child. After having her, I was the biggest I have ever been in my life (something 6 months of bed rest can do to you, apparently). I have been yo-yo dieting ever since. The problem was, after the initial pregnancy weight melt-off, I was at a standstill. I started getting very depressed and even avoided photographs because seeing them put me in a state of shock. I didn't even look like myself.
On to the exciting news...
