I'm in cosmetics sales too. Can I suggest that one easy thing to do is make sure your web address is on every post or email that you make.
Also position yourself as a beauty expert with tips using your stuff, of course, with links back to the products and colors that you mention. Offer updates & tips regularly to your current customers via email.
And you may want to try writing short articles for seasonal advice is helpful in getting your name out there...but I'd really recommend that you start blogging and there are several really great free ones out there, keeps everything in one spot for reference and will put your voice out there on the web. Then promote it!
