The Middletown Area Business Association will hold its July 19th business mixer outdoors at the Backyard Garden Oasis Bed & Breakfast, 24019 Hilderbrand Drive, in Middletown, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. If you live anywhere in Lake County, CA, you SHOULD NOT miss this mixer. Why? Several reasons: 1) Attendance is free and open to the general public. 2) There will be plenty of food and refreshments (including wine). In fact, this month we are inviting various food merchants to showcase their favorite finger food. 3) There will be a door-prize drawing at the end of the first hour of the mixer. This normally includes a wide range of gifts provided by local merchants and utilizes our infamous brass raffle drum seen here on Ryze. 4) This is MABA Membership Renewal Month. All those who renew at the mixer will be included in a special second drawing. 5) We may have some outstanding "virtual guests." The folks from KRON 4's "Bay Area Backroads" may be with us virtually via a special Internet hook-up to showcase their new Open Road TV. Someone from The Foundation Center may also be sharing with us. The Foundation Center is America's most-famous philanthropic library system - designed to help nonprofits acquire funding. We may also have some additional surprises. Make no mistake, this should be one amazing mixer. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call 707-709-8605 or send me a private message.Lamar Morgan
