can you guys please suggest an open source lead management system.
I am looking at a tool that can help me effectively manage lead generation to lead handover process. The nature of my business is IT services and BPO. we are a small company, activity primarily involves calling to US businesses for pre sales activities. once the lead is hot its transfered to our sales person in the US.
Following functionality is required.
* create role to team leader and the team
* Upload database
* assign it within teams
* easy navigation across the lead identification to lead
hand over process
* scheduling calls, meeting online
* reminder service for calls schedules is a must
* reports in terms of call made, connects, conversion etc
it can also be a very basic tool does not need to do a whole host of wonderful things.
i am currently using SugarCrm. the scope of the tool is a little too large and complex for our requirements. its great for a well developed and highly process intensive sales teams.
