Believe it or not, John Schuman of Adobe Systems wants to come to Middletown for its MABA Mixer on Thursday, Sept. 20th. Yes, this is the Adobe Systems which created those famous PDF's and the company that now owns Dreamweaver - the software used by professional web designers. That Adobe Systems want to be at the MABA Mixer which is scheduled to take place at Middletown High School's Multi-Use Room, between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Even without Adobe's presence, this is going to be one awesome gathering. The FBI will be with us to talk about InfraGard - protecting America's infrastructure. However, the biggest player of the evening is likely to be Scala's Value-Added Reseller, Vizicast, demonstrating the benefits of digital signage. I do not know if the introduction of digital signage can jump-start local business revenues, but something definitely needs to be done to help economically develop this area.
