I am looking for facilitators as well as those who might be interested in attending Employee to Entrepreneur Discussion Groups in the U.S. and abroad. The groups will explore developing and strengthening the mind, body and spirit aspects of entrepreneurship as well as work through the daily challenges and successes of becoming an entrepreneur. This is a grass roots effort to make a global impact on the success rate of small businesses - which hovers around 50% for the first 5 years of business and help entrepreneurs develop what I call, Emotional Endurance. You would be trained as an Emotional Endurance® Facilitator at no charge to you (value $500) in exchange for your commitment to facilitate a monthly Employee to Entrepreneur® Discussion Group in your area. Benefits to you: o You will be listed and have a link on my website as the facilitator/host of the EtoE groups in your area. o Greater exposure for yourself and your business. o You will have the opportunity to license my training materials to host seminars in your area. o You will have the potential to gain visibility through your community and contribution to entrepreneurs in your community. o You will be certified as an Emotional Endurance® Trainer and be listed with this certification on my site. o By helping others grow, you will grow too. The Facilitator Training will be held on 4 Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:15PM EST, November 7, 14, 21, 28. (teleseminar/webinar). I will send you exercises in advance of each session. Please note that this training program has been endorsed and presented at National and International Conferences including, National Business Incubation Association, Association of Small Business Development Centers, Alaska Small Business Development Center, United Kingdom Business Incubation Assoc. and more. We have about 15 groups ready to start in January from Los Angeles to small towns in Tennessee. Entrepreneur Magazine may cover it in January.
