Just joined the network and saw your query. Here are some leads for children's book publishers in India.Please google them and check out their catalogue to see if yours are the kind of books they publish.
1. Scholastic Books - headquartered for India in Delhi
2. Tulika Books - Headquartered in Chennai. Very indian content.
3. You could also approach Jacaranda Press - they will evaluate your manuscript and act as your agent at a fee. No idea if they do childrens' books.
4. Puffin - an imprint of Penguin
5. There's also a publisher called Read India Books.
