Hi Everyone,

I would love some suggestions on this market I would love to target!! Being fluent in Spanish and from a Spanish background, it makes sense for me to target the Hispanic Community but how do I go about doing this??

I am working on brushing up on my technical terms in Spanish, since I am a doctor, I can use those terms, but only really use them in English. Sooo, I am practicingt so that they flow our of my mouth and I don't look or sound like a robot:-)

I would love to have a Spanish website to promote my products and hope to have that accomplished in the coming year...but how do I target the Hispanic community??

Any suggestions??

Thanks in advance,
Dr. Daisy

Dr. Daisy,

If you replaced "Spanish" with "English" in your question it would start like this:

"I would love some suggestions on this market I would love to target!! Being fluent in English and from a English background, it makes sense for me to target the English Community but how do I go about doing this??"

What makes you think the Hispanic Community is any more homogeneous than the English Community? You need to do more than just speak Spanish - you need a message that appeals to a particular market segment.

I think your language skills give you an advantage over most Americans, but language by itself isn't enough any more.
