Hi everyone ~
I recently signed on with Constant Contact for my newsletter. It's a long story why I changed services so I won't bore you with the details.
For some reason, it won't let me upload images. It continues to give me a message saying my log out time has expired. I've contacted their technical support and done everything they suggested but I'm still having the problem. It's not going to be much good to me if I can't upload image files.
Has anyone else has that problem? Does anyone here know how to solve it or what it might be?
Thank for for your help.

Lynn Taylor | | Hi Barb,
Also on Constant Contact if you have problems loading photos or images go to http://snipshot.com
it works and will then allow you to add pics to CC.

Barb Desmarais | | This is what I did. I'm always in Outlook and get into different websites with the Outlook browser. Last year I was having an awful time formatting my blog. I'd post something and when I went to publish it, the formatting was all weird. I asked my webmaster what I was doing wrong and she tried to come up with a solution but nothing seemed to work. I then went into my blog from Explorer and it formatted for me just fine.
When I had the problem with Constant Contact, their tech people told me to do something with java script which I did but nothing changed. My webmaster suggested I enable (or disable?) cookies which I did but then I wondered if I went to the site from Explorer and not from Outlook, if that would make a difference. It did! It works perfectly now.
As you know Reg, I'm NO TECHNIE so I have no clue why it makes a difference where I originate but all I care is that I can now upload photos from the Constant Contact site which I couldn't do before.
