Alice,

Welcome to the network. Project-Middletown was created to help a small town in Northern California move forward. We have Ryzers from around the world on this network - not just folks in Middletown, CA. In fact, the majority of the folks on this network are from outside California. If you would like to see what Middletown, CA looks like, visit the web site, ShopMiddletown.com. That is really how the town looks today in 2008.

As I am sure you know, the world's biggest retailer is Wal-Mart. From what I understand, Wal-Mart actually built a city in China to manufacture a lot of the products sold here in the United States. Do you know if that is really true?

Do you know if small businesses in China would be interested in doing business with small businesses in Middletown, CA? How would that work?
