I'm sorry that's it's so upsetting. You have more courage than I do, I haven't watched the video.
It's really important for us to get this information out to as many of our contacts as we possibly can. And cudos to the Today Show for featuring this same information on a recent national broadcast.
At the top of my list of things to do this weekend is to compose a letter to the President of Petsmart and mail it on Monday. There is also a link for emailing Petsmart on the web page.
