I want to encourage all members of this network to take full advantage of the fact that Saturday is the commercial business "Advertising Day." If you want to post a message to this network to promote a product or service, Saturday is the day to do it. If you want to recruit more sales people for your business because it happens to be a business that favors that type of marketing approach, Saturday - and ONLY SATURDAY - is the day to do it. Be sure also to make sure your post to advertise your business is on the Advertising Thread.

Anyone can start the advertising thread for Saturday. Just make sure you place "ADV" (like I have done above) at the beginning of this thread.

There are four different ways you can advertise on this network - plain text, HTML (pictures), audio link and video link. I encourage you to use all four options to promote your business. There is also no limit to the number of different ads you can post. Why? Because I want the members of this network to use this network to help grow their business and succeed. That means this network is going to be a place where the members can do more than simply push products and services. It is a place for experimentation. It is a place where you can try out different advertising approaches, get feedback and learn how to do what you need done better.

So, what's the "new incentive?" It is to be able to advertise more than one thing in a single post. If you would like to promote several different products or activities in a single post, by my guest.

If you live in the South Lake County area of California, please come to the town hall meeting on Thursday, Februrary 14th (yes, that is Valentine's Day), at 7 p.m. at the Middletown High School's Multi-Use Room.  You will be given special handouts designed to help Middletown move forward into the 21st century.  It should be a very interesting meeting.

If you live anywhere in Lake County, CA, and are involved in some fashion with a nonprofit organization seeking grant money, do not miss the FREE "Grantseeking Basics" presentation coming up on Monday, March 3rd at 7 p.m. at the Greenview Restaurant in Hidden Valley Lake.

The meeting of the Middletown Area Town Hall, initially scheduled for Thursday, February 14th, has been rescheduled due to Valentine's Day to Thursday, February 21stj at 7 p.m. at the same location, the Multi-Use Room of Middletown High School.
