The success in the market will depend on the quality of products / services continually available to our customers. Over and above, recession is dominating our day-to-day life. Not to ask about the competition from foreign enterprises. To overcome these problems, many organizations take the help of International certificate ISO 9000. But, major and superficial part of ISO 9000 deals with documentation. Can documentation alone save us from this situation? Definitely not. If we have to have a winning edge, we must improve Quality, not only of our products and / or services, but overall Quality of our organization. For this, we must practice some of the Tools and Techniques of Quality Management.
It gives me great pleasure in presenting myself for training and assistance in this very important aspect. After achieving very coveted ISO 9001:2000 certification, let us implement the same to best possible manner so as to improve our business.
Starting point in this endeavor shall be the meticulous implementation of ISO 9000, understanding the principles of kaizen, quality circles, variation analysis, QC tools and other related subjects. Our final goal should be to achieve the pinnacle of Quality Management. This will ensure our healthy existence in this competitive world.
