Dan Banta | | Has anyone read this book or listened to the tapes? Pretty uplifting, but seems like a rehash of some earlier ideas. Metaphysics, etc. Just curious about what others here think. Tom and I have watched the DVD about 20+ times! Have had a lot of gatherings with friends. We love it!!! Yes, not a new concept, but a cool way to put it all together into a hour or so. We have the original with Esther Hicks. We really like her!
We both carry our gratitude rocks with us each day also. Do you?
I have a cd version that is made to go to sleep to. It's really awesome! I got it at Barnes and Noble.
Have you seen the 100 quotes from the Secret email? It's cool to print out and have handy to look at each day.

I have seen the dvd and you are right it is uplifting as well as very beatifully made. You are also right about the fact that the secrets are part of ancient wisdom from different groups of entlightend people. So to know things at a deeper level it is useful to dive into some of the fantastic old knowledge which is out there and every where. Personally i've gained a lot of powerful and universal insights studying Native American Philosophy and I just published a novel "The Whirling Rainbow", based on these wise understandings,

Dan Banta | | Also just got the CD's for the original book that Secret author Rhonda Byrne's daughter gave her that encouraged her to write her book - The Science of Getting Rich. Jodi Rosenberg | | Hello, The great thing about The Secret is that it brought the concepts out to more people (the Oprah affect helped too). At least in my circles, it made the concept of attraction more mainstream.
