She promised to send me a disc of the website content but to date she has not done so, despite several requests for this to be done. For some strange reason this person 'turned funny' and now i cannot access the website to update/make changes etc. I absolutely have no clue about website design but had planned on getting someone else to do this for me. Can someone please let me know what rights I have to this disc with my site content and what steps i can take to make sure that this is given over to me.
