atul khot
Dear all
This is very simple to make and tastes yummy with Bhagar (wari) - or with steamed rice...

Take a handful of ground nuts and fry them. Then grind them in mixer for a coarse powder (not too fine please).
Make fresh paste of garlic and hari mirchi and little ginger.
Heat oil in a kadai and put jeera. Put the nuts powder and the garlic paste, fry for a little while (very little while) and then add water (three/fou cups - it becomes thick very soon). Add salt to taste.
Cook on slow flame (covered)...
Serve hot ;-)

Inez.
Thanks for this nice recipe. Tried it as is first and the second time round added curd and water mixture. Became like a kadhi -which I really enjoyed.
