heathcliff | | A person I know has been recently diagnosed with leucoderma/ vitiligo. People are saying that she should cut down on vitamin C as that makes leucoderma spread.
I looked up the net and found vitamin C sources in so many types of food. But if she does away with all those types of food, then she may have diseases from a vitamin C deficiency. And that takes away many essential fruits and vegetables from her diet. What will she at all be able to eat then?
I suggested that she visits a nutritionist who can chalk out her diet chart. May it please be able for someone to recommend the best nutritionist in Mumbai?

For sure one needs to stop eating non vegetarian food.Milk ,Paneer has to be avoided.Anythin citrus ...oranges,grapes ,lime ,tamarind and fermented foods like idlis ,dosas and urad dal shud be avoided completely.Private Reply to Anjali Sankhe |
