FFTP Members,
I just became a surprise expert!
Denise Michaels surprised me with an invitation to be a weekend expert on her Real Women-Real Success network. My topic: "Body Consciousness and Health" and my posts will appear on the weekend since it's related to non-business, in keeping with her network policy.
Denise also just started my "I Create My Body" program, already lost a couple of pounds, and will share her journey there also.

As I state in this first post...
"Body consciousness is not just about our weight, of course. It's about the seemingly never-ending preoccupation we women have with not only our weight, but with our body image - and our cravings. It's about health. It's about self love. And I believe that self love is profoundly related to our ability to succeed in business."
