About the program...
I
Create My Body
is a
special program I created
several years ago as
an additional offering to the Feel Free
to Prosper program.
The
program approaches weight loss and body image from an entirely unique
and
different perspective. It helps men and women to use the incredible
resources
of their subconscious mind - and spirit. It helps them understand that
our
"outside" is a reflection of our inner consciousness – our mindset.
And we can change and heal our inner consciousness if we know how.
The I Create My Body program is not a diet. This is the natural way we
are
created to use our minds - constructively and in alignment with
Universal laws.
The
principles of this program are the missing link with regard to creating
the
weight and body image that one desires. You will discover why we must
shift our
subconscious mindset away from the idea of "dieting" and "losing
weight" and instead create a new dominant thought in the subconscious
that
will produce what we really want.
Body consciousness is
not just
about our weight, of course. It's also about the seemingly never-ending
preoccupation we (especially women) have with not only our weight, but
with our body image - and our cravings. It's about health. It's about
self love. And I believe that self love is profoundly related
to our ability to succeed in business.
I
believe that "body prosperity" is
just as important as other forms of prosperity and that there's a
common
sense approach to fitness and nutrition but the mental
component
of health is the foundation for success.

Here
is my recent announcement about the feature story for the
magazine. There is now a special group of women who are applying the I
Create My Body program with some added inspiration :-)
Who
Wants to be on the Cover of a Best Selling U.S. Magazine?
Actually,
It's THE Best Selling Newsstand Publication in America
And I’m
looking for the right woman to be on it!

Here's
what's happening...I
have hinted at this awhile back but now can reveal all the details…
You
may know that I have another program besides my traditional Feel Free
to Prosper programs. It's called I Create My
Body and I haven't focused much on promoting
it since I created it in 2005.
But
it’s a wonderful program and those who have applied it have experienced
excellent results – easily and effortlessly (really!) losing
pounds, eliminating cravings and reaching weight goals or getting much
closer to those goals.
The
program is based on a special technique I learned many years ago from
one of the world’s most famous teachers of mental laws and it has been
responsible for maintaining my own weight and fitness levels despite my
family’s genetic disposition to obesity.
Rather
than describe it here, I’d like you to visit he presentation page where
you’ll find details, see testimonials and you can listen my recent
interview on a radio show.
http://www.feelfreetoprosper.com/icreatemybody.html
Well,
this year the program caught the attention of the best selling
newsstand publication in the U.S. – Women’s
World Magazine (Bauer Publishing), the weekly
magazine you have probably seen at newsstands, book stores and the
checkout stand at your market. Each week, there is a featured
weight loss program and the “success story” for that program appears on
the cover.
Women’s
World became interested in my program because it’s based on
creating a new mindset and so different from their usual weight loss
features based on diet and exercise. Over the past couple of months, I
have gone through several rounds with their editorial staff to select
the right “success story” for I Create My Body
– a woman who will fit their specific guidelines for their readership
and demographic. So although we have come close, I still haven’t found
that right woman to represent the program and they have requested that
I find and submit another.
You
see, there are specific things they are looking for with regard to age,
career, image, etc. besides the weight loss story. Publishers
know their readers well and want to make sure that anyone who is
featured is aligned with their readers. I consider this an incredible
manifestation – an amazing opportunity - and I will not give up until I
attract and submit the right woman for their approval. There are
already a couple of women who started the program with this result in
mind, but I want to leave all possibilities open - the stakes are very
high as you will read next.
The
Senior Editor of Women’s World turned me over to
her research editor to find the right subject. Taryn worked closely
with me and really went the extra mile to get me approved by the
magazine. She also personally interviewed one of the women I submitted.
What is my motivation here?
Well,
the obvious goal is exposure for the I Create
My Body Audio Program.
But
I want to elaborate further:
One
founder of a weight loss program who was featured in an issue of Women’s
World last year made $2 million profit from that one
exposure!! I found articles about the woman that prove this. And if I
find the right woman who will apply the I
Create My Body program and end up
representing the program in Women’s World, I plan
to share the profits that it produces. After all, that successful
student will be the reason for the good fortune. And being a well
regarded teacher of manifestation laws and a believer in synchronicity
and guidance, I have no doubt that the exposure will be highly
profitable.
In
fact, a feature segment like that in such a popular publication will
continue to reap rewards long after the publication date – I will be
able to use the article for marketing and promotion and it will give my
program outstanding credibility. I also imagine that a secondary
benefit could be a subtle exposure for this women’s business as well.
Since
I have not promoted I Create My Body
to a wide audience, I don’t have the great number of students I have
had for Feel Free to Prosper programs over the past years. So that is
why I am now doing a formal search for the right subject.
The
ideal subject who will fit Women’s World
requirements for the I Create My Body
success story:
• You
would have to be between the ages of 25 and 50 (this eliminated many of
my current testimonials)
• It
could be a big weight loss OR someone who finally lost that last
stubborn 10 to 20 pounds
• I
would need to submit before and after photos (the magazine would
ultimately photograph you themselves for the published 'after' photos)
• You
would have to agree to be interviewed and photographed for Women’s
World
• And finally, I discovered while working on this with
the magazine that you cannot be in what they consider a “high profile”
career (anything having to do with celebrities or be on radio or TV,
etc). I was really surprised when they turned down my student
Rebekah White who hosts “Heal Yourself Talk Radio” – the Internet radio
show. They insisted she was too high profile because she interviewed
some famous people.
Okay,
that’s the scoop. If you or someone you know are serious about reaching
a weight goal and want to do it with my I
Create My Body program, and fit the above
criteria, then get in touch and let’s discuss my own guidelines. I will
also let you know if I
honestly believe you would be a good candidate for the publication
based on my experience with them so far.
Obviously,
I cannot guarantee that they will choose you. But if the consolation
prize is that you have lost the weight you want, I’d say that’s
meaningful in itself. If you are the one they choose, well…use your
imagination...

I've wanted to post something before now but time has been limited. One, my focus has been on my success with ICMB. I see there have been some lurkers reading this thread but no comments.
I hope you'll speak out and join me on the ICMB journey! Here's some information I shared with Marilyn and my WIN network -
I'm on track Marilyn and hope others will join me! The more the merrier. I told Marilyn you never know who the magazine is looking for so us RYZE Girls can ban together and make it happen.:)
Be sure and check out Marilyn's website to learn more about her ICMB program. I started Marilyn's program late May, but didn't get going until June.
Here's a few things that I've noticed:
my sweet cravings are gone I want nothing more then foods that are good for my body. I can look in the mirror and like my bod. hehe I'm losing inches. Need to go shopping for smaller clothes.:) 5 lbs lost - haven't weighed in awhile and I'm sure it's more by now.
Let Marilyn know you're going to join us. I'll be cheering for you all the way to the magazine cover photo shoot.:)
Blessings, Leslie
Since this post I have lost 3 more pounds and ALL my clothes are too big! Everyone around me is saying, "have you lost weight, what are you doing?"
Think about it, have you tried to lose weight and end up gaining it all back? It's a mind set. As women I feel most of us are emotional eaters, I know I used to be. We have to train our thoughts in a positive direction to succeed in weight loss and keep it off.
Look forward to hearing from others here at FFTP.:)

Hi Leslie, Kat and Jill,
Thanks for starting the discussion here...I can already tell that it will be of great benefit for students of the program.
Jill, it's nice to see your photo.
I do want to add one comment and then I have a surprise for you.
Please keep in mind that this forum thread is for ALL students of the I Create My Body program, not just those women who are aspiring for the cover of Women's World. We have other students whose goals are health and fitness related but they wouldn't be the right demographic for the magazine.
So I want everyone to get support and be encouraged to share here!
Now, for that surprise...
You have inspired me to post a free "Body Prosperity Workshop" here on the network. There are many thoughts and ideas that intuitively come to mind and this is an opportunity for me to share them with you. I believe they will add support to your efforts as well as additional knowledge that will give you a new perspective.
Check it out...and of course you are welcome to share your comments about it.

I hope your week has been great. I would love to learn what you've been doing in the way of healthier foods.
We have been growing our own vegetables for several years. I've been eating a lot of salads with our home grown tomatoes. I'm all about eating organic vegetables and fruits when I can.
Thanks YOU Marilyn for the new addition of the ICMB workshop. I will check it out tomorrow morning.

How are you doing? I picked up some delicious salmon last weekend and had some steamed broccoli. I love broccoli and will eat it cold the next day. Hubby just can't figure me out. hehehe He can't understand how I can eat something cold he thinks should be heated before eaten. To each his own right?
I found some beautiful cherries and blueberries. These are my favorite fruits.
I don't weigh very often. Need to weigh this weekend and see how I'm coming along. I do know I was in a size 12 when I started ICMB and I'm in-between a 10 and 8. Almost to a size 8. Yippy!!
Please share when you can.:) I would love the conversation and be able to encourage one another.

Just wanted to stay in touch. Food-wise, no notable changes yet but I eat pretty healthy as it is. Where I am noticing more obvious changes is in my ability to get out and exercise my body -- without forcing myself to do it. I just find that without even thinking I am out moving -- started up running again -- yea!!
I must admit I miss my affirmations some nights, but when I re-read Marilyn's notes, I realized that I shouldn't beat myself up and that everything she said you would be feeling I am.
A friend of mine said I looked "leaner" this weekend (and I was in a swimming suit!). So all is moving forward!

I spoke with Marilyn the other night about the affects of inner language, expectations, and how we view our life experiences in relation to growing my business.
After reading this post, I suddenly realized I had been doing this my entire adult life about my body. I have always thought "I am beautiful. I am slender and strong. Weight falls off of me without even trying." I also think and expect fried food makes me sick. Sugar gives me migraines. Large portions and processed food make me lathargic. And so I happily and easily avoid these.
I have always been a size 4 or 6, and basically eat whatever I want. Granted, what I want is probably not what most people want. My 2 mottos surrounding food are:
1. If God didn't make it, don't eat it. 2. Eat if your hungry, don't eat if your not hungry. (no mention of being full)
That's it. No diet, no scales, no obessing.
I have never had a weight problem, yet most of my family is either obese or have weight issues. I see myself, I expect myself, I know myself to be lean and strong. It is what I expect.
It occurred to me today, that this inner language, this expectation of how I will be, must surely be applicable in other areas of my life. I am now working to create this experience in all areas of my life and am excited to see how I grow.
Thanks Marilyn

Hi Lauren,
Welcome to the Feel Free to Prosper Network and thank you for contributing.
One thing that you mentioned:
"2. Eat if your hungry, don't eat if your not hungry. (no mention of being full)"
As students of the Feel Free to Prosper and I Create My Body programs learn, the subconscious mind only hears and accepts the DOMINANT words. It filters out the verbs and lesser words.
So your statement or affirmation above, Lauren, will instill the idea of "hungry" in the subconscious mind. So in essence that is the opposite of what we want to create. Obviously, you have conditioned your deeper mind in other ways to be aligned with your desired goal, but if you have a true understanding of how the mind works, you would not want to use words like that.
To create and maintain a desired result, our words must be aligned with what we want, not with what we don't want, so if we don't want to produce hunger, we should eliminate that word.
If I say "Don't think of a white elephant," what do you think about?
So we must keep our attention on the desired goal - a fit, healthy body, satisfaction with small portions, etc. - you get the idea. "Full" would be a better choice than "hungry" although I don't especially like that word myself. I think "satisfied" is better.
I wanted to address this so that my students who are on the I Create My Body program will stay on track.
Those familiar with my teachings know that one of my personal quotes is...
"If you don't want it, don't say it!"
Your post allowed me to make an important clarification.

I am also in the ICMB program. I still have not weighed myself (isn't that funny, I didn't even think to), but I feel so much healthier and leaner. My husband can't believe the change in my muscle tone just from writing affirmations! I know it's because I've been more active from this extra energy. On exercise, over the past few years I have not had a regular routine. The Olympics in Bejing have inspired me in a way that I've never felt before. I was so inspired by Dara Torres on the U.S. team - a 41 year old woman competing so strongly and winning two silver medals. I remembered that when I was very young I was a fast swimmer, but I never formally joined any teams or programs, and I thought it was too late to start. After thinking about that, "out of the blue", I found a program here in Buffalo for adults who want to train and compete locally in swimming. Keep up the good work everyone! Alison Private Reply to Alison Wilcox | Sep 15, 2008 4:20 am | | re: re: I Create My Body Forum Thread - for ICMB Students | # | Jill Hope | | Hello All,
I am hoping that someone here can help clear something up for me.
My understanding regarding manifestation is that to best make it happen, you should conjure up the feeling you will have once you've achieved a desire, and become that what you want on the inside first.
You also hear a lot these days about being truly present in your life, and living each moment as it comes.
So, here is my disconnect. How can you live in the feeling of your future desired state while trying to stay present and accept and "be" in your life as it is happening now? Isn't this a contradiction?
If anyone can share some insights on this dilemma I am experiencing, I would greatly appreciate it.
On a lighter note, a friend to whom I casually mentioned I was doing this program commented to me on Friday that "whatever I am doing is working"! I love hearing that!
Love, Jill
Private Reply to Jill Hope | Sep 15, 2008 5:24 am | | re: re: re: I Create My Body Forum Thread - for ICMB Students | # | Marilyn Jenett | |
Ah, but that is exactly the key to manifestation. There is no contradiction.
The future desired state and the present that is happening now become one and the same. We "live" in the feeling of the end result.
Remember that the subconscious mind will create for us based on what it believes is an existing reality.
The outward "appearances" that seem to be our present is no longer our reality. It is the mirror, or reflection of past thoughts and feelings. And our new reality (future) will arrive to reflect our present thoughts and feelings - the inner state of consciousness.
Here is another way to possibly understand this. Let's say we are sitting in a movie theatre. The "present" so to speak is that we are sitting in the theatre with our companion and a room full of other theatregoers, watching activity on a screen, maybe munching popcorn (this would be analogous to the outer appearance - the so-called present state). But our consciousness is in a state of suspended disbelief and we are caught up in an entirely new state, completely engrossed in another "present," another existing reality (which is analogous to living in the end result). But instead of being on a movie screen out there, our new consciousness in which we are engrossed, is in "here" (our thoughts and feelings).
Still not easy to grasp? You're not alone.
This is the reason that the third lesson, not the first lesson, of Feel Free to Prosper, is called "Accept It Now" and relates to this aspect of the manifestation process. My Feel Free to Prosper lessons use a step by step process to allow the mind to become more receptive to accepting the new reality.
It's easy to say we should conjure up the feeling, etc, etc. but if it were that easy for the subconscious to accept, then everyone would be going to the seminars, reading the books, attending New Thought churches, watching The Secret - and walking about manifestating everything they want.
I don't believe that most people can live in the feeling of the end result until they have "tilled" the soil of the subconscious. So with Feel Free to Prosper, we first use the power of words to prepare our soil, then we move on to the different types of affirmations (and there are many) and after this preparation, the mind is now receptive to the feeling and imagery state - which is the heart of the manifestation process.
What I believe is different about my programs is that there is not a lot of analyzing, intellectualizing and philosophizing involved with the process. It's a matter of simply "doing the homework" - applying simple techniques that allow the mind to make the shift naturally. No need to even understand the workings behind the process.
We don't need to understand horticulture to get a fantastic garden. We just need to know how to plant our seeds and tend our garden with water and sunshine. In the manifestation process, we plant our seeds and water them with faith and expectation. We do not need to have one wit of knowledge about how the creative forces of the Universe move in and through those seeds to result in our flower or plant.
Jill, you are applying the I Create My Body program which is not the same as the Feel Free to Prosper program, although some aspects of ICMB are based on Lesson One.
Perhaps you will be drawn to the regular FFTP program to get more specific knowledge about your dilemma.
Does that help?

Okay, where are my I Create My Body - Women's World contenders?
I am hearing that you are having results, and yet no one is yelling, "I'm ready!!" or "I'm getting there" or? I expected more communication from those of you who had expressed interest.
Two new ICMB students have now entered the scene and appear to be very motivated and excited about being a "cover girl."
I cannot understand why something this big wouldn't be more motivating for you.
I do believe it's a viable program based on past testimonials but I also know that many women are not motivated to follow through on weight loss type programs.
Do I need to put out further announcements or is there activity here that I'm not aware of?
Do tell...

not sure where to post this or perhaps nake a new topic or bump this great thread or topic...
so I am posting this here...
I got up at 330am to run at 430am.. Ran 20 miles in 4:45 I think thhis is my BEST time all time!!! Also, I ran 5 min and walked for 1 min and repeated for all 20. This method and timing was perfect for me and NO wall at 20 came about...(Wall Eric was referring to when you have no more left to run)
Try 3 min run and 1 min walk and build up to 5 min run and 1 min walk. You will instantly see your time improve and perhaps NO injury too... what a great technique one of the coaches gave me. :)
Next sat is 16 and then 18 the next sat then 6/27 marathon in Seattle.
See my PROFILE if you havent yet sponsored or pledged me ANY amount $1 to $25 or higher if you can for Autism and helping my team run for autism. EVERY $2, $1 goes to Autismspeaks.org a local charity doing their thing for autism.
Keeping running and putting your best FACE forward and HEART too!
many thanks, Paul
Ps Scale went LESS than 170 like 166 when I came home today AFTER running 20 miles!!! :)
