Susan McCool | | Hello Everyone!
I just wanted to give a quick heads up that my area will be affected by Hurricane Fay. Last night, we were going to get a direct hit with Fay as a Category 1 Hurricane. The 8 am advisory puts the hurricane just to east of us. If it stays on that track, we will be on the eye wall (I know from experience that this is not a fun place to be...especially with a storm this massive and slow). They "say" Fay will most likely turn more west ward. We get another update at 11 am with a new National Weather Association advisory.
I will keep you all updated. I will most likely be out of power from this storm. So, If I disappear - I lost power for a little while.
Most of you know how to get ahold of me (if not, its on my website). Feel free to call once the storm passes to check in.
Over the course of the next few days I will be preparing for this storm for my family and my business.
Please keep us in your thoughts and I am going to say this now to the Universe...
Hurricane Fay will turn and spare us and we will not lose power!

Is this the same woman who claimed that her power would be restored in 15 minutes the other day instead of hours - and the power was back on in 15 minutes?
Hmmm...remember what Dr. Murphy said: If you give a taxi driver two different addresses, you won't get to your destination.
So may I remind you of the power of your words - and the even greater magnitude of the power of WRITTEN words.
(Stopped here to call Susan to let her know I was in the process of lovingly lecturing her on her network - I am her mentor, after all) :-)
I'm back...
There have been so many examples of people who were spared from the effects and inconveniences of weather conditions and distasters. I am one of them but my stories are for another time.
Susan, you know the laws and you will be protected and guided - if you maintain that thought. Don't allow the mass minding and media thinking to influence you. Don't "invite" inconvenience.

Susan McCool | | Well, no worries. The little storm didn't really organize enough to do much harm to us up here. S FL got a lot of wind and rain and a few tornadoes. The storm is now crossing into the Atlantic and is suppose to come across the state again where I am - but just as some rain and light winds :)
