As I learn to take better and better care of myself, I learn new ways to do it... I am now using the Presence Process developed by Michael Brown. It is a process that involves deep, even breathing, using powerful statements and letting what is ready to be healed to arise. This process is making me more alert, compassionate and calm all at the same time.
