I tried but failed. Is there any software programme(or can someone develop), wherein we can fill the pages datewise (on day to day basis) the intake of food items and water taken? How's the idea? The one I know about is the one offered by Team BeachBody, if you are a Club Member. It keeps track of all the foods you eat, but I don't know if it keeps track of the water you have drunk, though.
As far as the water goes, drink 20 ounces when you first wake up - wonderful to cleanse your body and remove any impurities in it. You can add the juice of half a lemon or a drop of therapeutic-grade lemon or grapefruit oil for taste, as well as health benefits. Get yourself a 20 ounce water bottle and sip on one bottle of it during the morning (starting an hour after breakfast); make sure you finish it by lunchtime. Drink a second waterbottlefull of water during the afternoon, starting an hour after lunch and finishing it by dinner time.
