I'm brand-new to Ryze and to NobleCo.
I ran a real estate business in the Mpls./St. Paul area from 2003 through 2005. Well, when the tenants didn't pay, the flips didn't sell and you're overleveraged and undercapitalized, you end up in BKRP court.
So, here I go, again.
Currently, I live in the Sioux City, IA area. This town of about 80,000 is about 1 hour south of Sioux Falls, SD (approx. 175,000) and about one hour north of Omaha, NE (approx. 800,000). It is conveniently situated for chasing residential real estate in either of the three States.
In 2008, I started my own corporation, Solid Rock Solutions, Inc. It is registered in IA. I'm the president and sole stockholder.
I'm looking to resurrect my desire for passive income. I want to start with duplexes, triplexes and four-plexes. Of course, one at a time ;)
Working for a local construction company, I have a network of skilled laborers that are willing to pick up side jobs. But, I lack the funding.
In reading the pletora of information regarding the unprecedented foreclosures, I'm taking a wild guess that the REO's are skyrocketing. In my mind, this should be a buyer's haven. Other thoughts?
Do any of you know where I can go to start networking with other investors? I'd be willing to bird-dog, assign or partner. I also don't mind setting up a property management division within my company, if needed.
I'm looking for advice and networks.

There maybe a fee to sign up but when ever they have a networking day you'll be notified and go with b'ness cards and distribute and network with any and everyone.
Remeber just because they maybe in a different industry it doesnt mean they dont or wont need your service.
Just like me I network every and any where everyday.
