Arvinder Singh
Hi,
This is a case of my friend who was working with a ICICI First Source,BPO Bangalore for five long years and resigned company with good note in April 2008,now company is delaying in the procedure to refund the ProvidentFund, giving simple reasons as - no time to apply or we will send mail in a day or two to their Bombay office,blah,blah...
After they apply to the Provident Fund department it will further delay but from Company end they have not yet started the process even after 4 months passed from the resignation date.......God knows how much time it will take for the refund of my friend's PF ?
So if anybody can help in giving legal inputs or procedure to follow on this issue,it will be great help to my friend.....

Regards,Arvind
