After they apply to the Provident Fund department it will further delay but from Company end they have not yet started the process even after 4 months passed from the resignation date.......God knows how much time it will take for the refund of my friend's PF ? So if anybody can help in giving legal inputs or procedure to follow on this issue,it will be great help to my friend.....
