When you contact them, they answer your queries is weird English that we can't understand. I don't think they even have proper technical people who are providing support. They reply like some 10 year old with checking anything at all.

Somehow, they always manage to delete all the files from the server and remove admin access.
After several calls, they will 'look into it' for some days... like a cardiac surgeon, and still end up without helping.
And like net4, the seniors dont budge to help an inch at Space2Let too.
