Seems like an interesting concept. Very unique and colorful =) It may work.... as long as you use this diet for the rest of your life. There seems to be a lot of options, but it's good only for dining in... No eating out options at all.

Most of the choices seem to be good, except for the pork. Pork should not be an option, in my book. It's the unhealthiest meat ever - check out the pigs diet!!! You are basically consuming the nutrients that the animals eat... I don't think pigs consume very nutritious food. Plus, the meat is very hard for our bodies to digest. As far as the steak goes, just make sure the cow has been grass-fed.

hello
So thts means u r in favour of rainbow diet n u dont mind recommending it to people .....right?
abt eating outside I suppose u can definately go for foods like sizzler etc (it would accepted in rainbow diet)

abt pig diet honestly i have never heard abt it but yes would definately agree with ur view pt that pig is a very unhealthy meat.and on the above its difficult to follow any meat diet for long period of time as it may disrupt ur digestive system.

It's not a pig diet.. Pork was just one of the foods mentioned on the rainbow diet, as was steak, so that is why I brought up those foods.

No, I wouldn't recommend the rainbow diet, really. If someone was on it and wanted my opinion of it, I would say it's an ok diet, but it's not one I would go about recommending.
