I've spent most of the year promoting it but I'm lost as to where I should be marketing as well as how to encourage people to purchase my book. I've posted excepts, requested reviews, given away copies as prizes but have had minimal results. So now I'm wondering what I'm missing. Any suggestions? It's one of the best books you can have on your shelf to find ways to market your book. Less than $20 at amazon.
