Interested in investment properties in Oregon? Free info meeting in L.A. - 6/11/05 |

With this unbelievable appreciation we're experiencing in California, it's becoming quite tough to afford investment properties for a small investor like myself. So I began looking out of state. I was up in Portland, OR last month and picked up a brand new 2 bedroom townhome for $167k in a nice area with strong rental market.
Oregon real estate market's been trailing behind other booming states and finally beginning to catch up. Things are quite different than when I was there 2 years ago.
I originally asked the OR agents to hold a small private meeting in L.A. for my friends and clients but wanted to extend the invitation to others who might be interested. They will be covering the changes in the real estate market and presenting their current inventory (townhomes, SFRs and multi-unit properties ranging from $160k-$340k). Q&A session to be followed.
