Of course there are many reasons why some people fail and some succeed. The same goes for life. There are so many reason! Network marketing has come of age and has come a long way from where it was in decades before. It is not about recruiting or selling but about sharing information.
The type of person who does well in this business is:
1)someone who is a people person,
2)who has an intense desire for more out of life
3)and who is coachable.
This business obviously is not for everyone! My husband and I only look for quality people to join our team and offer them an opportunity. You want to build a dream team. Not everyone will want to join your business nor will you want everyone to. On the other hand, we share the products with everyone.
A thing to point out is that we are not tied to the results - if people join/buy our products -- because our intention is to help others by helping ourselves. The One Minute Millionaire talks about this aspect of enlightened wealth. The author, Robert Allen, who is also a USANA distributor, gave away thousands of copies of this book to ALL USANA distributors worldwide (example of tithing and includes a CD and pamphlet that describes why he chose USANA as his company of choice).
USANA is a unique company and of course not the only great network marketing company out there. It has to be congruent of course with the type of person that you are and the values that you have. USANA is a health and wellness company whose mission is to improve the quality of people's lives around the world.
