What is you take on Positive Renforement?

I believe Positivereinforcement is productive but you have to deliver it in a way that you will create a Positive Atmosphere.

Don't force Positive Rinforcement on anyone.

Guide the person into accepting Positive reinforcement.

What are your thoughts on Positive reinforcement.Post them here.

Tricky one indeed. And there are various dedfintions available, depending on who you ask.

What B.F. Skinner means (perhaps), is that you do more by applying it in a reassured manner. Quantity of anything, be it positive or negative can crush anybody, so learn about the recipients and their needs first.

Overall though: rewards and praises for a job well done will go miles and make that person enjoy what they are doing. Scolding makes them wilt.
