Lavanya Karalkar | | Pinnal kolattam is sort of dandiya with sticks where the ladies will dance with sort of special music while making a braid of ropes hanging from the top. Finally they will do the reverse and unbraid the same with a different music all done with the dandiya sticks. That was in yesteryears and now some (above 40) housewives ( now I know you are going to lose interest) want to revive pinnal kolattam and have sought the help from Pathway Inc.
