Just for once for housewives who want to perform in a function. Why you going to take up 'teaching Pinnal Kolattam'?

Pinnal kolattam is sort of dandiya with sticks where the ladies will dance with sort of special music while making a braid of ropes hanging from the top. Finally they will do the reverse and unbraid the same with a different music all done with the dandiya sticks. That was in yesteryears and now some (above 40) housewives ( now I know you are going to lose interest) want to revive pinnal kolattam and have sought the help from Pathway Inc.

and as the slim svelte savvy ladies grow older and rounder the dandiya stick dance becomes a pole dance ?

LK(g) you do me grave injustice by driving me away and i remember the scriptures saying that to bear injustice is a greater sin than to do injustice . . . . . no wonder Basab always responds when injustice is done . . . .

I'll go with Pinacaloda - Sounds closer to what LK is looking for on the subject.....

Fresh ground filter coffee is ok; fresh ground filtered Irish coffee sounds like Tequila on Tap water!!

I tht. LK(g) ji was looking for JD to go with her suruttu (Cigar)... Hmm... Now I realize I 'ass'u me'd' GR was brining over 2 JD's for me to OC'ify on that, on a 'Spiritual' note!!!

Oh so it is not that the mAmis dorn pinnal when they do the kolAttam. I was wondering at this age(the new working women era) where in the world ladies have pinnal? Probably a good time to sell savuri.

I thought there stands a lady/girl/mAmi at the center holding the ends of the pinnal. Is that not?

I didnt expect such a discrete analysis of what is said, by such an highly acclaimed intellect like you...
