Twitter is pretty much about being able to send a limited amount of words to an audience of followers. Zannel is about sending words, pictures and video. Now, I know you can send text, pictures, video via Twitter. However, with Zannel, you can do all that at the same time. Plus, Zannel is compatible with Twitter, Facebook, Flickr and numerous other Social Media resources. I am still getting my feet wet on what I can and cannot do with Zannel. If you would like to see my initial post, go to My First Zannel Message.

Here's a question. How do all these third-party developers make money if they are offering their products/services for free to the public? Is it all about having web space to fill up with Google Ads? Are they getting venture capital and building up an audience of dependent users who will one day be forced to pay of give up a service they have come to rely on? What is the business model for all these start-ups? Is there some sort of standard procedure at work?
