anand sharma | | Hi End SUV...A Realtor..An Escort... and a security !!! Car Careens out of control..kills one another succumbs in hospital..2 more fighting for life..You would have read about it and seen it on the news...and also some of the strange facts.... well..."Escort" is missing but address and details are known to the police but 60 HOURS later and still no trace... Realtor volunteers to compensate the victims inspite of "Not" being in the car at time of incident !!!! and now "He" goes missing ??? Security handed over to police ....AND TA DA HE GOES MISSING TOO !!!! TV coverage shows fuzzy images of the accused " escort " (Maybe the poor thing wants to keep her identity a secret)...No pictures of the "security guy" either or of the generous "Realtor", just various angles of the SUV and a poker faced lawman who keeps nodding his head and "Says...yes yes yes..action will be taken in different languages !!!! oh oh maybe it is because the guy who got run over was just a mason na...and the others were just the "labour" class..... Aaaaah...Now I get it...but then stranger still the insurance claim for the poor damaged SUV has already been put in..STRANGE LAWS AND A STRANGER INDIA INDEED !!!! AnuPrivate Reply to anand sharma |

V Kumar | | Yes Anand, it is really frustrating. The media has habitually over-publicized when they should have under played and underplayed when they should have hyped up. Less said about the public. "When my window is not broken, why should I care" attitude!!!
Yesterday, a "two line" report appeared in ToI that the lady killer was caught in Mumbai. If only we know how much one should pay to cover or not-cover a story!
More frustrating nowadays is the efficiency of RYZE. You make a posting today and it appears in the mail box after ten days! Can someone do something about it? If you want to keep some archives of some threads, it is time you take a back up. Can we look for an alternative foum to stay in touch?

anand sharma | | I don..about know about the other "Forum ' part...there was a member...I forget his name...you remember we all met at your office aaaah Kiran i think...He did start something...but then it got highly irritating....I was in talks with another member of Ryze recently and he was also of the opinion that it was dwindling....and also was not too happy about the quality of the posts .... Anyways if any of you come up with sumthin do let me know.... and about this "LadyKiller" guess who is already out on anticapatory bail inspite of it being a manslaughter case...yup...as you said in a society where nobody bothers about others ...who cares anymore na...I mean it was quite a ghastly incident and i was particularly cheesed off the way it was handled because I have seen an earlier case in Hyderabad...TYPICAL POLICE NEGLIGENCE AND PURE MONEY POWER.... I still remember the look on the poor man's wife's face..... But then a forum did take it up...and justice was done later though not in time...Money was given but the culprit fled abroad..... Who bothers anymore na... rgds anuPrivate Reply to anand sharma |

Yes, Kiran came for our last meeting. Now I realize that he came not for the purpose for which it was organized but to get the other participant's contacts and hook them for his MLM activity. He pretended to take minutes and obviously not circulated. That promptly killed our initiative. The only result was that we still get his spam mail from his addresss book.
Coming to Manjula's ( I think that is the killer's name) (mis)adventure, it is a sad mark on our society and the media. God save us!!!Private Reply to V Kumar |
