As a Creative Director, I`ve often gone stark, raving BONKERS looking for a fresh Junior Copywriter, WORTH hiring.
Where should I look for this talented youngster?? Where?
It`s a pain that is common to all CDs in India.
Then, it struck me.
I`d start training freshers myself.

M attached with the broadcast media from my college days, n have specialised in the Radio medium, from 'on-air' to programming, from marketing FM radio to promotions, from creating radio spot copy to productions... anything I can do, shout for me.

Now with the new FM channels' bidding in the offing (India), I m very optimistic about this industry and appreciate your net-venture.
