I just wanted to say hello since i just joined ryze as well as this group. I have been living w/ ADD all my life, but only recognized it about 2 yrs ago and have been able to do some much more as a business owner since taking appropriate steps to address it. I would love to be able to hear more strategies for success and look forward to being a part of this group by giving support as well as getting. Thanks.

Music soothes the savage beast for me. Lots of lists; making sure that I write things down. I've got lots of lists... using self discipline and making myself do certain things.
Sometimes I jsut appease myself and do the 3/4/5 things at at time :)
There's a GREAT boiok by Thom Hartmann called healing ADD which I think you'd LOVE.
I always viewed it as a gift myself... :)
