2) New Member introduction e-mail
a) New Member Introduction: One minute Pledge
b) Make copies of all applications

3) Membership Drives: VPE, VPPR and VPM

4) Kick it up a notch
a) Let fast track members complete CCs first.
b) Groom other new members for future officer roles.
c) Suggest mentoring to those who need mentoring.
d) Meet every week if possible or three times a month.
f) Announce goals officially
