Even with High Gas prices, my overhead is STILL less than a land studio, thus my prices should reflect professional studio quality WITH the convenience of ON LOCATION.
I am re-designing the inside of the bus:

So,...I can pose kids, families AND business people with nice 3:1 lighting ratios for depth and dimension vs 1:1 lighting ratios our point and shoot cameras.
Lighting ratios in english: The F Stop or aperature exposure difference from the shadows to highlight portion of your FACE!
Your FACE is shaped NOT flat, so let a professional photograph your face with SOME depth and dimension.
I understand point and shoot camera have a time a place for QUICK shots, but for fine portraiture, NOW you know the best alternative.

I'm SO glad you took my advice and placed the small bus pic on each of your web pages. It really makes a difference - now the public knows it exists as soon as they get to your site. And the website looks less crowded with that slight change in format. :-)

Media is always looking for stories that go with the current news. With the high price of gas one of the hot topics, and I would think you could do some press releases tied to that idea. Who knows, the media may want to pick up the story and run with it. Get some publicity going.
Another thought, my kids had to watch over and over the 6 Flags bus video and its spin offs last year.

I have been thinking along the same lines, since Paul's "Studio On Wheels" is quite a Unique Idea. Here is an Idea for Eileen or yourself to put together for him. A good short, to the point News Letter would pique a Human Interest Editor, especially right now with the Gas situation. The whole Idea behind it being that it is far easier for One Man, "Paul" to come to them, instead of having a bunch of people wasting Gas to get in several cars and come to him. From there, you just expound on what he does, and then submit to the Newspapers. Together with his Wordsearch Ad Campaign, he would be covering all his bases.

Heidi Caswell | | John, good idea for Eileen to put together. I am not a copyrighter although I can write and know several copywriter friends. I can recognize good copy, throw in ideas, but I take too much dang time writing such up, don't enjoy it as much as I enjoy the things I do, and the experts polish it up so nicely . And I'd rather have a root canal than write up a press release.
Paul, I'd love to see your video, fun is always a good. When you get started making videos, be sure and read that post I saw floating around Ryze about YouTube promotion.
Anyone remember where that post can be found? Another network or this one?
