Anand K. R | | One of the things that i really miss is the street side sandwich that you get everywhere in Mumbai.
I have tried recreating or in joints which claims to make it in Bangalore but without any success. I believe the taste lies in the chutney that these guys use.

Chutney is made of Pudina (Mint), Coriander (Kothimber), Bread crumbs, salt, onions, aamchur (for special taste) , ginger-garlic.
For kabab chutney use the same but with lil sour curd.
