Practiced in the High Court of Chennai for 6 years and joined a leading nationalised bank and working in legal department for the past 22 years. in 2007 i have completed Post Graduate Diploma in Intellecutal Property Right Laws (PGDIPRL)in National Law School Of India University.
Rich Experience in Banking Law. Would like to Know what is legal outsourcing what are the prospects in it. I would like to utilise the experience gained in a better way.

Marielena Alvarez | | I got my first taste of legal work in the Office of the General Counsel as a Legal Assistant for the Research Integrity Branch. The work revolved around scientific misconduct, fabrication, falsification and plagiarism, mostly civil cases, some litigation and a few criminal cases we were tracking. There were several attorneys, a few were litigators, who generated a lot of work and only one paralegal. I got burned out after seven years, but still enjoy interacting with others in the legal field and reading novels by John Gresham as well as legal and forensic television shows.
Now I work with Separation Agreements
My interests are Family Law, specifically for those in alternative lifestyles with divorce and custody issues, a fascinating and emerging field.
Here in the US, each state is different, but I deal with MD and VA.
Interested in finding someone in MD who deals with LLCs, for an upcoming venture

I am based in Bangalore after spending six years in Mumbai where I got involved pro-actively with law related to SEBI and capital market. I have adviced listed companies on their first-time listing issues and further issues managament besides representing big-time brokers. I'm Srabonee Roy. Presently i'm associated with a law firm situated in Mumbai and have three and a half year experience in the profession. I have done my LLB from Symbiosis, Pune. Thereafter, I have worked for a firm with litigation practice in Delhi for a year and a half.
