No I don’t mean page you at 3AM because the mapped drive labeled letter M:\ is now gone. I mean setup the probe to download the main page of say yahoo.com once a minute and log the latency, loss if any, jitter, etc...
Very high level. This company drops just that into multiple ISP locations and sets up a matrix of polls to each other to give a customer feel from ISP to ISP. http://www.internetpulse.net/
