Radhika Bhalla (MA. Psychology) is a qualified MBTI user (Basic and Advanced testing). She is certified in PAPI & Hogan Systems. Radhika has consulted with numerous organizations to assess & address projects covering aspects of behavioral assessment & psychometric testing.
Jyoti Grover (BA . Psychology, MBA) is a management consultant with diverse experience in design and application of HR tools/systems/processes. Her expertise lie in job design, behavioral assessment, Reward design/management and Compensation /benefits.
